Moral uprightness is an issue with which humanity struggles, and the youths of Nebbi Catholic parish are not exceptional. There are wide spread cases of moral decadence among the youths of the parish which is majorly attributed to human concupiscence. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the challenges to moral uprightness among the youths of Nebbi Catholic Parish, Uganda. The study was generally descriptive. It drew direct information (First hand) from the informants, library research and researcher’s observations relevant to the topic. The information covered the past, present and some elements of the future. The findings from the research revealed that, today, in Nebbi parish, the issue of the inner struggle which Saint Paul presented in his letter to the Romans 7:18-25 is manifest in that, a significant number of the youths (around 80%) I have met say that they do, “they do not understand because many times they do what they don’t want, but they do what they hate”, that is, the over whelming power of sin and evil, which always comes at hand and this has been a great challenge.” The study concludes that to live a morally upright life is the wish and expectation of all, putting in mind that we are a people of origin, purpose and destiny a people called by God to holiness and perfection that is why Vatican II says “all the faithful, whatever their condition or state, are called by the Lord each in his own way, to that perfect holiness whereby the father himself is Holy”.en_US
