In this paper we analyze the potential for ICT enabled services by Ugandan firms to both clients within Uganda and outside Uganda. We highlight the opportunities and challenges of providing ICT-enabled services by Ugandan firms to companies, organizations, and government departments within Uganda and outside Uganda. We also suggest ways of addressing a common challenge of managing and meeting client expectations in ICT-enabled sourcing services and highlight key recommendations.
