    Abstract
The report comprises of all Construction site events and Project management practices that the author participated in as the Site Agent on the Contractor’s side during the construction of a Residential Apartment Building in Najjera. It details an introduction of the project, briefly describing the background of the project, objectives, contract details, project scope, organization structure and procurement/project delivery methods. The project comprised a three storey residential apartment with other facilities including a gate house, boundary wall and paving the drive way. The construction methodology, activities, and contract administration steps undertaken during the implementation stage of the project are discussed in Chapter 2. The project management practices during design, implementation, and administration of this project are discussed in Chapter 3. The project became a success with a few challenges of the client not having a clerk of works to supervise what was taking place on his behalf, access road to the site and limited working space. These challenges were overcome and the project completed on time as shown in Chapter 4 of the report.
