    Abstract
This project report presents the technical findings and aspects of construction management practice exercised during the construction of Kyayi Seed Secondary School of Gomba District. This was through the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) under the Uganda Intergovernmental Fiscal Transfer (UgIFT) program. The report provides an in-sight of project management knowledge in the process of contract implementation. According to the UGIFT final report of October 2020, the government through the leadership of the ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development began implementing the UgIFT reform programme. The program focused on addressing the financial gaps and bottlenecks in service delivery through the achievement of resources and delivery of three key objectives.
