    Abstract
    This project report provides an in depth of rehabilitation of Munga Field Production facility project. The report focuses on project execution, supervision, management and contract administration. The report also gives a detail on activities undertaken during the project implementation. Under chapter one, the report discussed the background of the project, statement of the project, its objectives, scope, author involvement and project details such as contract sum, duration, start and completion dates and company details. Chapter Two covers the project execution including the acquisition of works, Procurement, project delivery methods, execution of works and project management aspects. The execution of works was done based von the scope right from the ceiling to supply and compaction of murram as detailed in this report of this chapter. Chapter three gives information about the challenges that were encountered during the project implementation and lessons learned and how they were addressed. The challenges were discussed under construction industry level, company level and the project level. Chapter four details the conclusion and recommendations drawn by the author about the implementation project.
