Various construction management strategies were as well laid down in line with the specified conditions of the contract, to meet up with project constraints of time, quality, risk, and occupational safety. Different roles and responsibilities were further re-echoed to all parties involved in the contract as per clause 3, which guided the execution of the various work tasks.
