      Amputation of fingers.Kikuyu age 30. Encephalitis in 1944, admitted 1954, tremor generalised but mostly on right little fingers amputated as a punishment; his father tied them together with a bowstring, then strung the bow.

      These men are hard core Mau Mau detainees from the same camp. They are all simulating blindness. The condition cleared up with electroencephalotherapy.
